Shipping and Returns

Furniture is packed according to the product, destination and agreed transport method. Export freight, insurance, duties and delivery terms are quoted separately unless expressly included.

Inspect delivered packages promptly and report visible transit damage with photographs within 48 hours. Made-to-order and customised furniture cannot be returned for change of mind. If an item differs materially from the confirmed specification, contact support@premium-hedd-interiors.com so we can review and propose a remedy.
