1. Seller
The seller is Premium Hedd Interiors Enterprises, a Nigerian sole proprietorship registered under CAC Business Name 9648706, TIN 2621798727922, at No. 3213, Dantanoma Quakers, Gumel, Jigawa State, Nigeria.
2. Catalogue and quotations
Website descriptions, photographs and starting prices invite enquiries and are not an automatic offer capable of acceptance. Reference photographs may illustrate a style or material direction and do not prove that the pictured object was manufactured by us. The binding specification is the one in the accepted written quotation or invoice.
3. Order formation
An order is accepted only when the customer accepts the written specification and commercial terms, we confirm acceptance, and any agreed initial payment clears. We may decline an enquiry that is technically impractical, unlawful, outside capacity or unsupported by suitable delivery arrangements.
4. Made-to-order goods
Custom dimensions, finish, upholstery, quantity and other choices must be checked by the customer before acceptance. Natural wood and fibre may vary in grain, shade and texture. Reasonable handmade variation consistent with the specification is not a defect.
5. Price and payment
Currency, price, quotation validity, payment method and milestones appear on the quotation or invoice. Freight, insurance, taxes, duties, brokerage and installation are excluded unless expressly included. Payment instructions should be verified through the domain email or telephone on this website if a change is requested.
6. Changes and cancellation
A requested change after acceptance may affect price and time and requires written approval. Made-to-order goods cannot ordinarily be cancelled after materials or production have been committed. Any agreed cancellation charge will reflect work performed, non-recoverable materials and costs already incurred.
7. Delivery and export
Production and transit times are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing. Delivery responsibility, carrier, risk transfer and available documents are stated in the quotation. The buyer is responsible for destination import rules, taxes and duties unless otherwise stated.
8. Inspection and claims
The customer should inspect goods promptly. Visible transit damage should be photographed and reported within 48 hours. A claim must identify the order and explain the alleged difference from specification. Remedies are assessed under the Shipping and Returns policy and applicable law.
9. Website and intellectual property
Business names, original copy, layout and owned branding may not be copied for a competing use. Third-party reference photographs remain subject to their source licence. Links to third-party services do not make us responsible for those services.
10. Law and contact
Nigerian law governs transactions with Premium Hedd Interiors Enterprises unless mandatory law requires otherwise. Questions or notices may be sent to support@premium-hedd-interiors.com or the registered address above.
