Furniture requirements differ by size, use, finish, destination and budget. Timber, woven material, upholstery, hardware and surface treatment are therefore confirmed in the accepted specification rather than assumed from a reference photograph.
Natural materials may vary in grain, shade, fibre and texture. Those variations are part of the material, while structural damage or a material departure from the accepted specification is handled under the Shipping and Returns policy.
