Production and dispatch
Made-to-order production time is stated as an estimate in the quotation. Dispatch occurs after required payments, specification completion and shipment arrangements are in place. Delays caused by approved changes, unavailable materials, carrier disruption, customs or events outside reasonable control will be communicated where possible.
Packing and freight
Furniture is packed according to its size, fragility, destination and agreed transport method. Crating, specialist packing, freight, insurance and delivery are priced separately unless included in writing. The customer should ensure that access, doorways, lifts and delivery locations can receive the item.
International shipments
The quotation states available shipment terms and which party arranges the carrier. Destination import approval, duties, taxes, brokerage, storage and local compliance remain the buyer’s responsibility unless expressly included.
Inspection and transit damage
Inspect the outer packaging before signing where practical. Photograph visible damage, retain packaging and notify the carrier and support@premium-hedd-interiors.com within 48 hours. Late notice may limit a carrier claim. Do not discard the item or packaging until instructions are provided.
Returns and specification claims
Made-to-order and customised furniture cannot be returned for change of mind. If an item materially differs from the accepted specification, send the order reference, description and clear photographs. We will review whether repair, replacement, price adjustment or another remedy is appropriate under the contract and applicable law.
Refund timing
An approved refund is made using an agreed traceable method after the required review and, where applicable, return or carrier process. Bank, currency-conversion, freight, duty and third-party charges are handled according to the written resolution.
